Found this through an Atlantic piece on computer-generated music. The article complained about the dynamics, and sure, Bill Evans would never be that heavy-handed, but the audio samples would be much improved by putting the generated MIDI through a better piano patch.
And I think the Monk was nearly un-Monk-like, but that could just be me.
