I have set up a Twitter feed for us. Right now, I personally post when we're having meetings, and have a Feedly -> IFTTT -> Buffer -> Twitter chain to post interesting Maker-related links.
What I can't do, right now, is take anything put here and push it to Twitter. I so much want to, but alas. I might hack something, but so far, nay.
